EVENT 1 – LGBT Survey Presentation & Discussion @ 12:00pm

Location: Black Auditorium (“H building”) – 600 19th Street, NW
This event will share the results of a survey (1900 responses) to assess the views and perceptions of World Bank Group staff of our “workplace climate for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender staff (LGBT)” with the objective of further understanding towards a truly respectful and inclusive workplace. Please come and join us in this discussion, and also for a viewing of the “It Gets Better” video that includes remarks by President Robert Zoellick.
EVENT 2 – Documentary Film & Panel Discussion @ 5:00pm

Location: Black Auditorium (“H building”) – 600 19th Street, NW
This evening event will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. and will feature the presentation of the 1 hour documentary “Out in the Silence” followed by a discussion with producer Joe Wilson and a panel discussing community dialogue; and, inclusion and human rights. It will be followed by a reception next to the Preston Auditorium.
